Participants will gain insightful knowledge and strategies for integrating principles of respect and civility into everyday practices, ensuring compliance while building a culture of psychological safety and respect. The workshop will include: Interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and practical strategies for navigating the legal landscape with a focus on civility and respect.

The course is 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and will be held at the Denny Auditorium at the Fire Academy. 

This is a free training but registration is required for an accurate lunch headcount.
