Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee

The mission of the SC Firefighters' Association Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is to facilitate the South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association’s efforts to foster an ongoing culture in the fire service built on mutual respect while attracting, retaining, and promoting first responders from all backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives. The DEI Committee was formed in 2021 to address the growing needs of an ever-diverse South Carolina fire service.
