We at the South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association are excited and proud of the successes of the South Carolina Fire Heritage Center & Museum. Barely past infancy, the Center & Museum earned recognition from the South Carolina Federation of Museums with an Award of Achievement. This designation has already supplied our Association with several educational opportunities to tell our fire service story to both the public as well as to our membership.

We are asking for your help in providing much needed information and photographs* that describe your vintage apparatus, relics, or museum collections that can be used as part of this interactive map as well as your repurposed fire stations.
