Chief Larry Williams Scholarship Application

Chief Larry Williams was the Fire Chief of the Bethesda Volunteer Fire Department in York, S.C.  Chief Williams was a 35 year veteran of the Bethesda Volunteer Fire Department.  Chief Williams worked his way up through the ranks and served as Fire Chief for the last 18 years.  He was also a state constable where he served York county.  He was dedicated to his community and his church. 

Complete and submit the application online. As part of the application, the applicant must also scan and submit a letter of support from their fire chief and a letter of support from anyone of their choice. Applicants will also be asked to provide a statistical form with all applications to allow the foundation to provide statics of applicants and awardees.  This information will not be used to determine the awardees.
