Chief Larry Williams Scholarship Application -

Chief Larry Williams was the Fire Chief of the Bethesda Volunteer Fire Department in York, S.C. Chief Williams was a 35 year veteran of the Bethesda Volunteer Fire Department. Chief Williams worked his way up through the ranks and served as Fire Chief for the last 18 years. He was also a state constable where he served York county. He was dedicated to his community and his church.

As part of the application, the applicant must also scan and submit a letter of support from their fire chief and a letter of support from anyone of their choice. Applicants will also be asked to provide a statistical form with all applications to allow the foundation to provide statics of applicants and awardees. This information will not be used to determine the awardees.
