Spartanburg Fire Chiefs give $1,000 and challenge others to do the same

February 5, 2016

I attended the Spartanburg County Fire Chiefs meeting last night in Lyman, S.C. During my talk, I mentioned the recent Foundation flood relief campaign and shared some stories of what an impact that made across our state.  After I sat down, a motion was made and passed to give $1,000 to the Foundation, but they didn't stop there.  They issued a challenge to all other counties to do the same thing:  $46,000 before Fire-Rescue 2016! That has a nice ring to it! Get on board and challenge yourselves to give to YOUR FOUNDATION! You can learn more about our Foundation HERE.   [caption id="attachment_8096" align="aligncenter" width="552"]spartanburgbanner County Association President Trent Harper presents check to Tommy Norris[/caption] 46,000 before Fire Rescue
