Just hours before taking the oath as President of the South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association, Clarendon County Fire-Rescue Chief Jason Dennis joined Joe and Will for an episode of In The Box at Fire-Rescue 2026 to talk about the responsibility ahead and the people who helped get him there. From starting as a volunteer firefighter to becoming a fire chief and serving on the Association’s Executive Committee, President Dennis reflects on the experiences and relationships that shaped his approach to leadership.
