Voting period for 4th Vice President is May 30 — June 13

The voting period for 4^th Vice President of the South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association is May 30, 2025, until 12:00 p.m. (noon) June 13, 2025.

If you are a Voting Member, you should have received a TEST voting ballot to confirm your ability to cast your vote. If you did not receive your TEST voting ballot, please email us at [email protected] and provide us with your full name, fire department you are a voting member for and your email address under your database profile.

Voting Members will receive on May 30 an electronic ballot via SurkeyMonkey ([email protected] via SurveyMonkey <[email protected]>) to cast their vote for the Executive Committee election. The ballot is sent to the email address listed on the Voting Member profile in the Association’s database.

When the voting period opens on May 30, we suggest checking your junk mail and spam folders for the voting ballot if you have not received it by the following day, May 31, you may need to contact your IT support for assistance if you are unable to locate the voting ballot. If that is unsuccessful, please email us at [email protected] and provide us with your full name, fire department you are a voting member for and your email address under your database profile.

Voting Members will receive further instructions on casting ballots closer to the voting period.
