The National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) has developed a Retention Survey to gain insight into why volunteers stay with and leave the volunteer fire service and help inform future retention initiatives. Current volunteer firefighters and EMS providers, leaders in volunteer and combination fire departments, and those who were volunteer firefighters or EMS providers within the past five years are encouraged to participate. Please complete the survey by August 5.
