The South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association (SCSFA) welcomes Joe Palmer, past SCSFA Executive Director as a consultant to assist with the duties of the Executive Director for an interim period. Palmer served as the Associations' Executive Director for nearly 10 years and is currently with Friendly Fire Department in Newberry County where he serves as Volunteer Firefighter. Joe Palmer offered this statement: “I am honored and thrilled to serve our membership in any capacity, and certainly during this transition period.
