The public comment period for Regulation 61-7, Emergency Medical Services, Notice of Draft ends September 27, 2021. SC DHEC has created a diverse Working Group to assist with the new promulgation process for the regulation.

The SC State Firefighters’ Association Representatives to the EMS Regulation 61-7 Working Group want to hear from your department*. If your department has comments or concerns with the current EMS Regulation 61-7 Notice of Proposed Regulation, we would like to hear from you.
