The South Carolina State Firefighters' Association's Health & Safety Committee and Legislative Committee have collaborated to continue the Association's Firefighter Cancer Campaign - "This is my fight". To keep this initiative moving forward, two surveys from SurveyMonkey are being disbursed to our membership. One survey will be for the Chief of the Department, they will receive an email which will contain the survey link for the Chief to complete on behalf of his fire department. The other survey can be accessed via the link at the end of this FireWire and will also be sent out via the SCSFA's social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter & Facebook). This is a general survey for all members of our Association, excluding the Chief of the Department. The Chief of the Department will receive an email that will contain a unique SurveyMonkey link for them to complete on behalf of their fire department.
The SCSFA asks that you only complete and submit only once, this will assist us in providing the most accurate and reliable data.
The hope is that these surveys will be completed by a large number of members of the SCSFA to aid us for education, prevention and legislative purposes.
If you complete a survey and provide your contact information in the survey, your name will be entered into a drawing for an Association grand prize. Only one entry for each survey will be placed in the drawing.
