The SC State Firefighters’ Association is now searching for its next Executive Director. This would be the 6th Director in the 114 year history of the Association and represents the daily leadership position for the 17,500 member organization. The Executive Director’s position is a multi-varied balance of office operations, small business management, financial management, legislative oversight, strategic fire service planner, communicator, and facilitator. The next Executive Director should be a dynamic individual with talents that compliment a working knowledge of the profession married to a skilled communicator that can bring a large team to bear on many projects.
