Quarterly Training with Michael Dozier is October 23

Horry County Fire-Rescue Captain Michael Dozier is presenting Simplifying the Chaos at our annual Quarterly Training & Business Meeting on Wednesday, October 23 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. in Spartanburg. Location is to be announced in the coming weeks.

The fire service can be chaotic – but how can you effectively lead during these moments? Captain Dozier's approach, grounded in real-world experience with an understanding of what motivates people, provides a blueprint for leading through chaos with confidence and compassion. During his Simplifying the Chaos presentation, Captain Dozier will share practical and straightforward lessons that can help bring order to the chaos, whether in the firehouse, on the fireground, or at home.

This is a free training but registration is required. Lunch is provided.
