Membership Forms and Data Update

The content of this post was mailed to all member fire departments on November 27, 2012. As the 2013 year approaches, we wanted to send out a reminder about completing your department’s information that is due to the Association Office by January 1, 2013. The Association emailed username and password information to each Chief on October 19, 2012. This information allowed you to log into the Association’s database and update your Department Roster and form 101 – Profile & Statistician. If you have NOT received an email from us with this information please contact the Association office immediately.  We no longer require you to mail your roster or profile to the Association; completion online is all that is required. If you have already signed in online and finished the above process please be reminded that you still have several forms to be manually completed. Below is a list of these forms that can be downloaded from our website: https://scfirefighters.org/programs/one-percent/ Once you have completed your Firemen’s Insurance & Inspection Fund and VIP forms you should email or fax them to the contact information listed on the bottom of the forms. Please remember to submit all your information, forms and your membership fees along with your invoice by January 1, 2013. If you have any question please contact the Association Office.
