Member Management System database scheduled maintenance is coming up

The South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association’s Member Management System (MMS) database will undergo scheduled maintenance the week of November 10-14, 2025. During this timeframe, the system will be temporarily unavailable, and users will not be able to access their MMS accounts.

During this planned maintenance, all functions of the MMS to include changes to department rosters, selection or confirmation of Voting Members and submission of all Forms  will be unavailable.

Full access to the MMS database and its features will be restored once maintenance is complete.
