The South Carolina Firefighters’ Association staff is passionate about the Association’s mission to serve the state’s bravest, and for many staff members – including Ashley Boltin, Marcia Greer and Zorrina Harmon – that passion started at home.

Ashley is intimately familiar with the fire service. The daughter of a retired firefighter, Ashley knows that being a firefighter isn’t just a job; it’s a way of life. Serving the state’s firefighters as Director of Operations at the Association comes naturally to her. While not born into the fire service family, Zorrina is the mother to a South Carolina firefighter. Her dedication to the Palmetto State firefighters is clear in her loyalty to the South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association’s insurance program. When she’s not on the road talking to the membership about the Association’s benefits, Zorrina enjoys spending time with her children and horses. Marcia married into the fire service. Her husband, Michael Greer, is a Captain in the Irmo Fire District and a third-generation firefighter. When she joined the Association in 2005, she was the Data Entry Professional; four years later, she assumed the role of Member Service Representative. Marcia was promoted again in 2013 to Customer and Claims Coordinator. To put it simply, Marcia has dedicated her life to serving those who serve others.
