Leadership Institute: State Fire visit

The Leadership Institute cohort met this week at South Carolina State Fire. The trip to State Fire is a pillar of LI; having an understanding of the structure, history, and many roles and responsibilities of State Fire helps shape the entire LI experience. This meeting establishes a baseline framework for how the fire service is served through the state’s fire focal point.

Many thanks to State Fire Marshal Chief Jonathan Jones and South Carolina Fire Academy Chief Jason Pope for guiding the cohort through the ins and outs of South Carolina State Fire!
