The South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association hired Kim Bowman as the One Percent Retirement Coordinator after we transitioned Third-Party Administrators (TPA) for the South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association Retirement Plan and Trust from Toledano and Associates Inc. to Milliman in 2023.

Kim is a familiar face to many retirement plan participants – she joined us after over a decade at Toledano and Associates Inc. where she assisted with managing the One Percent Retirement accounts.

Kim’s continued presence means you will get the same timely, familiar, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service you expect and deserve. She is your go-to point of contact for any questions or concerns about One Percent retirement.
