Date and time: Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. 
Parking: Lower level of Batesburg-Leesville High School

Location: Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery, 879 Beaulah Road, Leesville, SC 29070 immediately following service

Fire service procession order
From top of Fine Arts Center

• Primary Procession Vehicles: Grandma, Caisson, hearse, family vehicle, family POV, Batesburg-Leesville FD
  • Circle FD POVs parked in lower parking lot spots closest to football field
• Primary vehicles will follow route down center of parking lot
  • Circle FD POVs will fall in line behind Batesburg-Leesville FD as it passes by
  • All other fire service vehicles will fall in line behind Circle FD POVs in following order:
    • Saluda County FD
    • Batesburg-Leesville FD
    • Aiken Public Safety
    • Lexington County Fire Service
    • All other marked fire service & first responder agencies

Fire service/first responder route

• From Batesburg-Leesville Fine Arts Center turn right out of parking lot onto Summerland Hwy
• Turn left on Lodestar Rd which become West Creek Rd
• Turn right onto Beulah Road (Beulah Baptist Church)
• Lead BLFD lead apparatus pulls into first entrance & vires to right in front of church
• Caisson pulls into first entrance all other traffic held until caisson can pull down to end of hardtop at cemetery to turnaround to back down to platform
• Funeral vehicles and any remaining primary processional vehicles turn into first entrance and parking attendants will assist
• All non-primary processional fire service, other first responder apparatus & public will be directed to park on right shoulder of Beulah Rd
  • Parking attendants will assist DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS or OPPOSITE SIDE OF ROAD (see map below, Beulah Baptist Church map)

 Procession for general public

• Must exit the parking lot at one-way entrance to the right onto Summerland Ave
• Must fall in behind last marked fire/first responder apparatus
• Turn left on Lodestar Rd which become West Creek Rd
• Turn right onto Beulah Road (Beulah Baptist Church)
