July 8, 2013

Join a team of fire service leaders to participate in an intensive 2.5 day, hands-on, workshop designed for leaders of volunteer and combination fire departments.  The course, essentially, is a “Graduate Level Leadership Program” picking up where VCOS's “Beyond Hoses & Helmets” course left off.  Participants will work together to develop solutions to common leadership challenges through scenario and facilitated based discussions. At the conclusion of the course, participants will have practical guidelines--customized to their organization that can be immediately implemented upon returning home.
