Fire-Rescue 2023 recap

June 23, 2023

We hope you and your family had as much fun during Fire-Rescue last week as we did.

Thousands of South Carolina firefighters and their families traveled to Myrtle Beach for our annual conference where we hosted speakers from across the country, showcased the next generation of public servants during the Junior/Explorer Competition, raised money for the South Carolina Firefighters Foundation during the golf tournament and silent auction—and that’s just scratching the surface!

Conference photos and videos

If you were at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center last week, chances are high that you saw a camera or two. It’s important for us to capture the moment before it’s gone, and we snapped over 2,000 pictures last week. See them for yourself.

We broadcasted a few of our Ballroom events on our YouTube channel for those who couldn’t make conference in person. Check them out:

Course and experience surveys

We value your feedback and you can help us plan for Fire-Rescue 2024 by completing this experience survey. Tell us about your conference experience and help us help you!

If you attended class(es) at conference and didn’t complete a course survey, please take a few minutes to fill out this brief questionnaire.

Last call on t-shirts

Our t-shirt distributor, Emerald Ink & Stitches, is extending Fire-Rescue t-shirt sales from now until July 21. Conference t-shirts are available in the garnet and red colors, and EIS is offering free shipping on Fire-Rescue tees. Place your order.
