EMS CEUs available at Fire-Rescue

Emergency Medical Services personnel are essential, and many of our members are part of dual fire/EMS systems. It is important to the Training & Education Committee to seek opportunities that touch all disciplines in the fire service, including EMS.

As we recognize EMS Week, we’re pleased to announce 22 courses offered at Fire-Rescue have been approved for EMS Continued Education Units (CEUs) by the Division of EMS and Trauma of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. The CEU hours and DHEC Identification code will be reflected on attendance certificates.

The class title, CEU hours, and CEU type for all 22 CEU-eligible courses is below.
