Good morning everyone. I wanted to touch with you and keep you informed of developments in West, Texas that are reaching us here in S.C. Joe Palmer, Zorrina Harmon and I will be leaving this morning (April 21) to assist our brothers and sisters in West during this most difficult time. It has often been said that nothing bad happens without something good coming out of it. Six years ago our state and Association were faced with this same situation, and we all came through the trial stronger and better prepared for difficult days like this. I am sure that you, like I, have been heart sick over this tragedy, but is my sincere hope that we can take our experience to the people who need us and use it to bring some comfort and hope. Pray for the people of West and surrounding areas, and for all of us as we go and minister to those folks who are struggling. Billy Gibson
