The 2017 Fire Service Improvement Conference will be held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, downtown Columbia on January 27-29, 2017. The event is free to all members, but registration is required. Tim Sendelbach, Editor-in-Chief of Firehouse, will be presenting two programs on leadership. Other presenters include Jacob Evans & Erik Adams, Chief Greg Bulanow of N. Charleston Fire as well as Twitter famed, Sgt. Bob Beres (@TooperBobSCHP). Jason Derrick with Mid-Carolina and a number of others are also presenting. The Annual Memorial Service will also be held on Saturday, January 28 at Bible Way Church at 2 p.m. This heartwarming service is where we all recognize and honor members who passed away in the past year.
