The Rock Hill Fire Department and Museum was awarded a grant from the SC Developmental Disabilities Council for training and community support for people with disabilities. The Interacting with People with Disabilities (IWD) class is designed to equip first responders, EMS, fire departments, and police with tools for interacting with people with a variety of disabilities that we encounter on calls, teaching, and in community interactions.
Seats are limited to 60. Open to firefighters, Fire Marshalls, Fire Prevention, EMS, and police.
