Entry Level Firefighter I / II – Salary / Non-Exempt

Pay Range - $39,059 - $40,225

Fire Engineer – Salary / Non-Exempt

Starting Pay $44,114

Fringe Benefits:

• 12 holidays per year + 1 annual floating birthday

• Accrue a day of sick leave per month (7.5 hours/pay period) starting from the date of hire
• Employees can accrue and roll over up to 18 weeks of sick leave annually
• From date of hire, employees accrue two weeks of vacation time annually (3.31 hours/pay period) up to 2 years of service; then accruals increase to three weeks (4.96 hours/pay period); at 15 years of service, accruals increase to four weeks (6.62 hours/pay period)
