The Town of Moncks Corner Fire Department has an opening for a Firefighter 2/EMT. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid South Carolina driver's license. Must have IFSAC Firefighter 2 or Pro Board certification. Must possess or be willing to readily obtain NREMT certification and qualify for SC DHEC licensure. Must be able to pass Department physical examination and Firefighter Physical Ability Assessment. Must be able to wear and use PPE to include SCBA. Full time position; 24-hour shift work (24/48 schedule). Job duties: Fire, Rescue & EMS response, as well as routine station duties. The pay range starts at $37,869.65.
