Outside of the fire service, Ashley is passionate about John Deere and is active in her community. Contact Ashley for training and events needs. Zorrina Harmon, Member Benefits Director – [email protected]; 803.454.1802 While not born into the fire service family, Zorrina is the mother to a South Carolina firefighter. Her dedication to the Palmetto State firefighters is clear in her loyalty to the South Carolina State Firefighters’ Association’s insurance program. When she’s not on the road talking to the membership about the Association’s benefits, Zorrina enjoys spending time with her children and horses. Contact Zorrina with questions about insurance, retirement, or member benefits. Marcia Greer, Customer Service & Claims Representative – [email protected]; 803.767.4851 Marcia married into the fire service. Her husband, Michael Greer, is a Captain in the Irmo Fire District and a third-generation firefighter. When she joined the Association in 2005, she was the Data Entry Professional; four years later, she assumed the role of Member Service Representative. Marcia was promoted again in 2013 to Customer and Claims Coordinator. To put it simply, Marcia has dedicated her life to serving those who serve others. Contact Marcia for help filing an insurance claim. The trio has been around since the Association made the move in the mid 2000s to its current headquarters in Columbia and are well-known figures among the membership. Because of the relationships that Ashley, Zorrina and Marcia have forged, the Association continues to find new ways to serve and connect with the membership in meaningful and long-lasting ways.
